The Three Levels of Qi Gong:

Physical (ming gong)
Mental (xing gong)
Spiritual (shen qi)

Qi is energy (vital life force).  Gong is the skillful management of that energy.

Scientifically this vital energy is made up of three things – infrared radiation, partical stream, and electromagnetic field.

Emotional or physical pain asks only that we do not reject it but invite it to reveal its great secret.

This is advanced Qi Gong, which is part of the great healing art call Shen Qi. Here is where we reach a point where we become capable of breaking out of inherent collective mind patterns that have kept us in bondage to suffering for eons.
